Sarah Goodall is the founder and CEO Tribal Impact, helping global organisations empower, enable and activate their employees on social media to create authentic brand experiences.

As an early adopter of employee advocacy and social selling, Sarah led social media for SAP EMEA from 2009 until 2015.  During this tenure, she developed a deep understanding and appreciation of the connection between culture, employer branding, social media advocacy, employee engagement, digital upskilling, maturity levels and scalable learning paths.   

Passionate about connecting employee brands to employer brands, Sarah left the corporate world and founded Tribal Impact in 2015 to help other organisations connect the dots between their siloed social media programs.
